BPP Request for Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services
The Federal government of Nigeria has received credit from the World Bank toward the Economic Reform and Governance Project (ERGP) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments for the engagement of Consultancy Firm to design & develop Nigerian public procurement qualifications structure, curriculum and assessment methods for use by local training institutions in Nigeria.
The objective of this assignment is to prepare a professional procurement qualifications’ structure, curriculum and assessment methods that meet international standards and best practices.
The BPP/ERGP now invites eligible Consultancy Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (company profile/brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultancy firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s World Bank Guidelines.pdf(Jan.2011 edition).

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 12.00 noon on Tuesday 31th

Three copies ofExpression of Interest must be packaged in sealed envelopes clearly marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AS A CONSULTANCY FIRM TO CARRY OUT CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT” and left in the appropriate Tender Box at the above address.
All EoIs will be opened immediately after the deadline in the Bureau’s conference room in the presence of bidders in attendance.
