The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is desirous of utilizing improvements in modern technologyto maintain a National Database of the Particulars, Classification andCategorization of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers in line with the Provisions of Sections 5j, 5q& 6j of Public Procurement Act, 2007.

The Bureau hereby invites Directors/Heads of Procurement Departments/Units in Ministries, Departments & Agencies (MDAs), Chief Executive Officers of Regulatory Councils, Professional Bodies, Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers to the interactive stakeholders’ sessions to be held at a designated location in each Geo-political Zone as shown in the Schedule below in order to gather relevant information and data for the Categorization and Classification Exercise from vital stakeholders.

Regulatory Councils, Professional Bodies, Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers will recall that the Bureau had earlier on March 23, 2018 forwarded Questionnaire on this Exercise for completion by practitioners under ALL areas of specialization within each profession.

Completed Questionnaires should be forwarded in advance either through/via-

(b)     Hard copy to BPP Category Matrix Help Desk at BPP, No. 11 Suleiman Barau Crescent, Presidential Villa, Abuja.

 

The deadline for the submission of the Questionnaires is Friday, November 2nd, 2018. However, for Regulatory Councils, Professional Bodies, Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers that did not receive the Questionnaire, the document can be downloaded from www.bpp.gov.ngand completed and submitted as stated above.

Completed Questionnaires, in hard and/or soft copies (CD), can also be submitted at the venues of the various Zonal Interactive Workshops.
